Termination
An unjustified dismissal is legally invalid. However, this invalidity must generally be asserted within three weeks by filing a claim for unfair dismissal with the labor court. This period begins upon receipt of the dismissal notice. Out-of-court efforts do not extend this period.
Therefore, please contact me immediately upon receiving a notice of termination so that there is still time to discuss the matter calmly before the deadline expires. Furthermore, there are situations in which immediate action is advisable, such as in the case of a termination issued without authorization.
